To foster continuous learning and build stronger connections between IECEP KSA Eastern Region Chapter members and other technical communities, IECEP-KSA ERC, through its Continuing Education Committee, in collaboration with IECEP Ilocos Norte, will provide a series of technical webinars to the BS Electronics Engineering students of Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU). This initiative aims to support the students’ Seminar/Colloquia course, align their academic exposure with industry standards, and enhance global awareness of current trends in the field.

The purpose of this initiative is to establish cooperation between IECEP-KSA ERC, IECEP Ilocos Norte, and MMSU, support continuing education through technical webinars and complement academic curricula with industry-relevant content.
The IECEP Ilocos Norte agreed to identify needed specializations and schedule webinars, ensure student participation and provide necessary learning materials, assign faculty to monitor sessions, provide certificates to IECEP-KSA ERC and webinar speakers and handle CPE accreditation processes. IECEP-KSA ERC responsibility is to approve webinar attendee lists and enforce virtual seminar guidelines, administer and facilitate three technical webinars for MMSU students, conduct lectures and provide participation certificates and allow participation of IECEP-KSA ERC members or other invitees.
This collaboration becomes effective upon signing and remains valid until December 31, 2025. Modifications must be made through a written agreement signed by both parties. The collaboration, led by Engr. Johnel A. Corpuz (IECEP-KSA ERC Governor) and Engr. Antonio A. Delos Santos (IECEP Ilocos Norte Governor) represented by Engr. Wilson Duldulao (IECEP Ilocos Norte Former Governor), reflects both chapters’ shared commitment to shaping competent, globally aware electronics engineering professionals.
